After teaching in smaller locations for many years we opened the Advanced Martial Arts & Fitness centre. This newly built two storey complex offers two training areas and a fully equipped gym up stairs.
Our full time school offers many styles of Martial Arts, Fitness, Recovery/rehabilitation and well being.
