Kyoshi Andrew Hooper

Kyoshi Andrew Hooper is a 6th dan black belt (probationary) in Zen Do Kai. He has been training for 29 years and teaching for 25 years. He is the owner of Coastal Warriors dojo in Brighton, WA and specialises in Sai and freeform using Katana.
Competitive Achievements:
Kyoshi Andrew has been the winner of three freestyle kata competitions, was ranked first of seven in his third dan grading and second of eight in his second dan grading.
Kyoshi Andrew trained in two traditional martial arts styles prior to taking up Zen Do Kai. He was Kyoshi Justin Boylan’s first black belt.
