Kyoshi Wayne Spear
Spear Dojo Martial Arts and Fitness Centre
Kyoshi Wayne has a dojo in Wangara and has more than 29 years experience in the martial arts. He is a probationary 7th degree Black Belt in ZDK and Muay Thai. Kyoshi Wayne is a close quarter fighting specialist with experience in KAPAP (Israel) and SYSTEMA (Russia). He is also a strength and conditioning coach. His focus is on defensive tactics techniques and combat sport conditioning.
Qualifications & Achievements:
Kyoshi Wayne, along with Kyoshi Justin, has travelled extensively in Europe and America to learn and train the most effective techniques to pass on to his students. He has competed successfully in other sports including surf lifesaving (5 state titles) and represented Australia in the World Firefighter Games in Las Vegas in 1992. Kyoshi Wayne trains his students on components of fitness, conditioning, skills and realistic scenarios as well as developing lifestyle awareness and healthy living.
